She now focuses on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating problems with necks and backs as well as issues with upper and lower limbs.

With extensive post-operative orthopaedic experience, she enjoys the challenge of helping patients with complex medical/physical needs to maintain their independence and quality of life. In particular, Lynwen is interested in working with older adults to maintain and improve their strength for sport, hobbies and activities of daily life. As a former Team GB age group triathlete, one of her interests is treating and helping athletes of all levels to manage and prevent sport injuries.

Another of her specialisms is women’s health and this continues to be an area of interest.
