Jen is a qualified counsellor offering appointments face-to-face or via phone or online platform. She also offers ecotherapy (a type of psychotherapy involving mindful nature experiences). Whatever the setting, helping people overcome obstacles and move towards a rich and meaningful life is her passion.

Jen is an Individual Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). She has trained at Birkbeck and Regent’s universities in London and has experience of working with different therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred and Existential therapies. She believes that a tailored approach to therapy creates the ideal environment for positive change.

Jen works with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression and low mood, issues around self-esteem, phobias and bad habits, OCD, stress and work-related issues, issues around parenting and relationships, bereavement, grief and loss and many more. She can also help those looking to make a positive change, get back on track and build the life they want to live.

Above all she offers a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space to talk things through.
