I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist, I work creatively to tailor therapy to the unique needs and personality of the individual as Integrative therapists believe there are many ways to explore human psychology and bring together a range of approaches to enable clients to live a more fulfilled life, in a way that feels right for them. I am a warm, empathic and approachable person who will provide you with a safe space to explore the issues you are experiencing, at your own pace and without judgment.
Stress Management & Resilience
If you are at risk of burnout at work or in general find the pressures of life overwhelming, I also specialise in helping individuals manage stress and build resilience. By using a variety of approaches I can help you raise awareness and develop a range of coping strategies to help you work through challenging times.
Registered with the BACP. I have an MSc in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
I have a range of experience with clients of all ages, nationalities, ethnicities and identities. I have worked with adults with learning difficulties, those on the Autistic Spectrum, and some with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses.

In the first session I will explain what you can expect from counselling and an integrative psychotherapeutic approach. You will also have the opportunity to share some of the issues you face and what you hope to achieve. If you would like to continue therapy further sessions can be booked in the first session.
The aim of therapy is for us to develop a secure relationship based on honesty and respect. Through different approaches I will help you increase your self-awareness and gain a greater understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and how they affect you and your relationships. Together we will find ways that will enable you to move forward in your life with greater emotional resilience and health.
Weekly or fortnightly sessions can be booked from one week to the next. Both short and long term therapy is offered. In the first session we will also look at the counselling agreement which will outline what is expected from both therapist and client in terms of attendance and cancellations.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £48.
