I trained with The Sports Massage Academy acquiring my levels 3, 4 & 5 in sports massage therapy and exercise rehabilitation. I also completed extra courses so i could offer a range of therapies like the use of dry needling and medical acupuncture and myofascial decompression cupping.

I am currently in my 10th year of this career and love helping people. It s a great feeling, knowing you can helped people that have pain and injury, and that they can leave the session feeling good.
